These are the best jars for preserving and screw top lid and seal work perfectly to keep everything fresh. Very easy to use and sterilise and are a good thickness.

As described. Great little jars. They are easy to clean and the right size for what I needed.

Good old traditional preserve jars. Still excellent quality and I use nothing else now. Invest in these and you only invest once as they last with good seals and well made. Replacement discs are reasonably prices too.

Have used Kilner jars for all jams and preserves for years. This size ideal. The only snag is that the lids can discolour and rust when vinegar preserves are stored. The inner lid needs replacing and the screw top can be easily replaced. The jars are dishwasher proof but the lids are not. Lovely sturdy jars and pack of 12 ideal.

Very well packaged - arrived undamaged. Nice sized jar for gifting. Once I get the hang of jelly making.

12 Perfect little Kilner preserve jars which, for me, were just the right size for my Blackberry and Raspberry Jam and Blackberry and Red Wine Jam which I plan to give for Christmas presents. Utilising 1 x kilo of fruit for each recipe - I was able to fill 6 jars (per recipe) - so the 12 jar quantity was just right. The price paid for the jars on Amazon (£14.90) works out at £1.24 per jar compared to Dunelm Mill where the price per jar is £1.75 - so quite a saving too. Packaging was superb and delivery was bang on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending these jars - they are a super size, excellent quality and look just fabulous when all labeled up - I will certainly be buying some more. I am in no doubt that they will be a great hit at Christmas.

Absolutely delighted. I wanted jars that could hold 100g of ingredients like many packets of spices come in--I'm happy to say spices that are powdered or small like fennel seeds fill each jar comfortably, i will be trying more in the coming days. they look great, stackable, and are almost squared so they don't waste space when you put them in the drawer--which is easy due to their size. of course can be used for preserves due to the lids which is a flexible bonus. each jar also comes with an adhesive label, but it's too large for the embossed space on the kilner branded sides - it's 2x4cm if you want to get your own.
