Do NOT buy this item. It is cheap tat that is badly made. I wasn't able to select zero stars so I had to click one star. 1 our of 5 is too generous for this item. The decorative inlay is poorly done and was damaged in quite a few places. The whole item was warped which caused the lid, which was also cracked, not to shut properly. I don't think any set squares were used to manufacture the box as there wasn't a straight piece of wood to be found. I'm also pretty sure not even a ruler was used as the box was supposed to be 8'' long but as you can see in the photos it was only 7'' long. This is NOT a 'Gorgeous Wooden Keepsake Jewellery Trinket Storage Box.' It's a piece of junk that should be thrown on the nearest bonfire. I have already packed it back up, printed the returns labels and will be sending it back first thing in the morning. What a waste of my time!

Average quality. The one in the picture on the Amazon listing is finished to a much higher standard than the one I received, lots of filler, damaged hinge, poorly set brass inlay which sticks up in places. Disappointing.

Lovely box.

Beautiful well made little box. Very pretty with it’s inlaid brasswork and velvet interior. Well fitting lid. Bought it to hold some treasured mementos of a dearly loved dog who passed recently but such an attractive item can be displayed without any one knowing the contents. Very pleased with purchase.

Det var väldigt dålig kvalité på skrinet, gick inte att stänga ordentligt och metallen stack upp på flera ställen vilket gör att man lätt kan skära sig på skrinet.

Bel cofanetto in legno, lavorato molto bene e molto carino, lo utilizzerò come portaconfetti per il matrimonio. In più all'apertura del cofanetto ho avuto una gradita sorpresa, insomma, prodotto consigliatissimo.
