I'm looking to film indoor talking head videos. My footage comes out a bit darker than I'd like, will this brighten up the overall footage?

I use them in a 14x8 feet sized room for video recording. They work great. I’ve not needed to use on full power yet as they light it up well enough on about 50%

I note that there are 330 white and 330 yellow bulbs. Is the lighting output of 3360 lux/m maintained if you want totally warm or totally white light?

No. Full brightness is only available with both warm and cold on for a neutral white.

can you use a flash trigger with these lights?

No you can't. These aren't flash lights. They're led light, with continuous light. Good for video.
