I have various crank arms to swap between different road/TT bikes so this fits the end cap. I have a screwdriver which does the job enough, but thought id just get the proper tool. It's made out of heavy duty plastic. It does the job, although they could have moulded the centre hole to take a hex key so you could torque it more easily. And made it out of metal.
