Definitely love this paddle. As with any sport, it’s the player at the end of the day, but I do feel like my chances and points have improved since using this paddle.

This paddle was a good value. I believe it may be a discontinued product. I modified the paddle by adding side weights, also ordered through Amazon, as well as a ball retriever at the end for times when just practicing.

The grip is very good, it has a nice tacky feeling without being sticky. The grip is thick enough you can squeeze while still being comfortable. My grip came with a small defect but it was tiny so I didn't worry. But if it is an issue I just recommend getting an over grip. The paddle is very light and I like that about it. The paddle has a very gritty surface which helps with adding spin. Overall I highly recommend getting this paddle for casual players, players, and anyone who's not at a pro level.

So this is a decent midrange pickleball paddle. I got quality play from it for four months. Surface bounce was consistent and it had a decent feel to it. It was a better paddle than the cheap Selkirk I learned on. I play 4-5 times a week so it lasted about sixty play sessions. The. On a relatively ordinary shot the handle snapped. It’s about a month outside the 90 day warranty. The “max” grit lasted less than half the sixty play sessions. At this points it’s smooth. Would I buy another one? Well I will contact Franklin and if they replace it and the replacement lasts longer…maybe. If they don’t or it doesn’t then no I would not. Update: Franklin replaced my broken paddle. The replacement has lasted 5 months. The “max grit” is now smooth as silk otherwise the paddle is performing well.

If you are or was a tennis player, you know that some times a sliced shod is necessary. Same with Pickleball. This paddle, it just gives you that spin effortlessly. Has an intermediate player, I’m enjoying this paddle very much. It tucked me 3/4 days to get used to it but, my game did improve.

This paddle is spot on GREAT. Why purchase at Sports shop for $50 extra for identical paddle. Happy Customer :)

I read the reviews before buying it. I saw a bunch talking about how these break. I really wanted a pink paddle and unfortunately this one is defective as well. It’s making a really bad sound. I’m also over the 30 days to return it.

Providing you with the deterioration of the handle grip. This bat would only have been used twice before the fault was noticed. It would appear to be poor quality and poor quality control. My records will show that I purchased a second bat also and this handle has no issues.. we will now. have to replace this grip. Thanks. Ken
