I am typically up betweeen two and three times every night with extreme lower leg and foot cramps, which require me to get out of bed for relief. I have worn these sleeves for the past two night and they have been amazing. I did feel a cramp start once per night , but the sleeves prevented it from developing and was gone within seconds. I highly recommend them, it does take some getting use to as they are snug. Wear them according to directions.

Ordered the sleeves. We were waiting ages for delivery. It was apparently sitting at customs in US. eventually it arrived. However, it says its one size, my husband tried it for one night. He found it extremely irritating and tight (note, he is not obese or overweight, just normal men size (well under the size they refer to), and he was used to wear lots of stockings after his multiples surgeries and he could cope with those). He had to put it out in the evening. Therefore, we don't know if it works or not. He can't use it. Maybe if a bigger size exists? Maybe the picture of the skinny girl on the packaging should be the 'hint' not to order it. Therefore, unless your are the size of the skinny girl on the packaging, do not order it. Efficacy unknown.

After herniating two discs in my back in 2019, I have suffered from leg cramps, especially Charlie horses in my left calf, that would jolt me awake between 3 and 20 times per night every night. Indeed, some nights a cramp could last up to 6 hours with brief moments of relief before resuming. I’ve tried everything including muscle relaxers, pain medication, and back injections to get relief. I recently wore these on flights to and from Europe (from America) and had no leg cramps on the plane. I cannot guarantee this works for everyone, but it works for me.

The sleeve was easy to put on and the fit was comfortable. It stop my legs and feet from cramping up. When I was laying in bed my leg started cramping so, I put the leg sleeve on my leg about 2 minutes it stop my leg from. What a quick relief. I was shock about how fast it stop my leg from cramping. Great job! In my opinion I would recommend it.

I was excited to get these! My legs tighten and cramp so bad at night. I take magnesium glycinate, vitamin D3+K2, melatonin 10mg plus my doctor prescribed Tizanidine HCL 2 mg a muscle relaxer for spasms, and when the residual pain from a really bad toe curl freeze I take a Bayer aspirin to thin my blood and hopefully get my blood circulating to my feet. So I was so excited about these leg sleeves that stop muscle spasms. Well first night awesome no cramps no spasms, 2nd night they started creeping up but not full blown but last night I was back to full blown cramps, spasms and toe curl freeze cramps!! I’m laying here in bed after my 3:00am spasms wide awake as usual writing this review. Please please (& I should know better) do not believe everything you read especially on products that say they can do something that even the doctors can’t do anything about!!! Do not waste your time or money on these R&D scientific leg sleeves, it’s all glamorous marketing words to sell a product to get rich off the backs of people like me to get rich off something they know doesn’t work like they claim!
