Amazon Prime Video and Roku Don't Play Together in Belgium
The player itself is a bit buggy to set up, but once it's set up it works really good. Great picture (no buffering - I have it connected via hardwired Ethernet) and great digital sound via the optical output. The real problem is with Amazon and Roku together in Belgium. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT AMAZON PRIME VIDEO IS SUPPORTED AND WORKS IN BELGIUM (My subscription is from the French Amazon site, but works in Belgium; Belgium itself has no Amazon site), ROKU IS SUPPORTED AND WORKS IN BELGIUM, BUT THE TWO TOGETHER DO NOT. THERE IS NO WAY TO INSTALL THE AMAZON PRIME CHANNEL IN MY REGION!!!! Amazon and Roku need to get their you-know-what together and find a way for me to install the Amazon Prime Video channel in a country where both products are supported! The only reason I bought the Roku is because Amazon Prime Video does not work on my Google Chrome device and Amazon does not support their own media streaming devices anywhere in Europe other than the U.K and Germany. It's a Catch-22, and something that should be resolved.

Excellent, but ...
Excellent, with one caveat. Moving images suffer from judder. This is not my broadband speed (154mbs, through an ethernet connection where the TV limits the speed to 100mbs), not is it the TV, which streams the same channels internally without judder.It isn't a constant problem, but something you ought to be aware of.

Good Product
Works great in the UK. Very happy with how fast and responsive it is compared to the Roku stick. I mostly use it for Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

Will not switch on...
The only way to switch it on is pwer cycle it from the wall socket, or pull the lead out then in, the remote will NOT switch it on once it's turned off in power save mode. Bit stupid really Oh, and it IS compatible with iPlayer once you have performed a firmware update.

Do not buy Roku
Non existent after sales service. Their remote controls run out of batteries in a few days. Streaming quality is good but should have bought something else. Also, very strict geographical separation as to the services offered.
