Are these suitable for both right and left eyes? I need to alternate..

Yes. Great prooduct. I wear one on both pairs of specs that I use. Has a bad eye operation and have to use reading glasses and prescription glasses for good eye. I have about 8 since I will be in this situation the rest of my life.
