Most people don't get enough fiber. I take 5 of these every single day, they aren't horse pills they are easy to take. This is the best way I've found to get extra fiber without having to drink a gritty drink mix. Helps keep me regular and benefits heart health. Lasts me a long time for the money.

I usually go with a blend of fiber (oat bran and psyllium), but I thought I would try this. I've used straight psyllium before, this is paired with inulin from jerusalem artichokes. It's ok but I will probably return to a blend as my system is a bit too gassy with straight psyllium.

Great value for the price. Pretty much does not have a taste and dissolves easily if you swallow with water. I highly recommend if you have trouble going to the bathroom. It really helps digest meat. It also makes you feel full longer after a meal.

Overall, not a bad product, but not a great value. I have been using another brand of soluble fiber and wanted to try this one since it was about 35% less expensive for the same number of servings. I was surprised at how small the jar was and even more surprised at how small the scoop was. When I looked more closely at the nutrition label, I saw that although the ingredients were very similar to the other brand of fiber supplement I had been purchasing, the amount of fiber per serving was 1/2 as many grams of fiber and 1/2 the recommended daily allowance of fiber in this brand. In other words, the service size of this brand is 1/2 the serving size of the other brand, so although both brands have 30 servings bet jar, you’re actually getting half as much fiber in each jar and half as much per serving. That makes this brand significantly more expensive than the other brand based on the amount of dietary fiber per serving.
