Perfect for a novice dressmaker. The adjusters are easily used and it’s very lightweight if like me you need to move it around. I did find the body and covering very thin and I’ve invested in a elasticated cover to go over the dials. Very straightforward to put together and has been just as valuable to my dressmaking as my sewing machine. I would say that if you’re sewing every weekend or very regularly, maybe invest in something a bit more robust

After years of using one not to my size i finally upgraded to one i can adjust and make it fir my sizing. Very good and also pretty. Only flaw the feets do not stay in well, so always fall off when i move it. I had to secure them with tape but the improtant bit is great

Bought this to replace a very old one that had seen its day. Is exactly what I was expecting with the addition of having a lovely floral pattern. Easy to put together and adjust. She’ll be living in my conservatory with my other sewing equipment, and is now named Holly. 😊

I have wanted a dress form for over 40 years 😊 and am so pleased with this. I wanted to alter some clothes for an upcoming wedding next year and was debating on weather to get the small or mdium as I am right in between the mannequin sizes.. I'm about a high street 16. In the end I figured I could always pad the mannequin up but I wouldn't be able to make a larger one any smaller. So I went with the small. The dress forms adjustments actually allowed me to get my measurements exactly.. On the high end. It also adjusts for trunk or back length.. Being on the shorter side I found this very helpful. The instructions were OK but it did take me a while to adjust. It arrives in two complete pieces.. The body and the stand.. So I didn't have to worry about that at all. The stand adjusts for height as well. Overall I am extremely pleased. I ordered the Grey black floral print and am pleased it doesn't look brown like in the photos on Amazon.

I was really pleased with this dressmakers dummy. It was easy to assemble and adjust just what I needed. The only problem was the locking adjustable height collar which cracked on first use. I did not want to just return the dummy so contacted the supplier directly who was brilliant. They responded to my email promptly and arranged to have a replacement part sent out which duly arrived in a couple of days. What more can you say a great product and fantastic customer service.

I’m so happy with the tailors dummy, I’ve researched so many as I’ve never had one before, I’ve recently started to sew again and wanted to treat myself. Although there was lots at a cheaper price the feedback for not just the product but also the seller was enough to decide to go for it, plus I didn’t have anything to compare it to, but I am so happy and it’s better than what I was expecting.

I love my mannequin. It was delivered in a couple of days and an excellent purchase. Simple to put together and so easy to use. It ranges from a size 10 to a 14 and very easy to change sizes. Excellent value for the money.

No instructions supplied so had to fin them online. Would like to alter body length and can’t find way to do it.

Molto comodo e praticooooo

No es super robusto porque a fin de cuentas es todo de plástico quitando la barra de sujeción y algunas piezas. Pero es útil a la hora de ajustar prendas a tu medida. Para mi un salvavidas hasta ahora no había encontrado un maniquí para medidas pequeñas. Tiene un bonito diseño, llego rápido y es muy sencillo de montar y ajustar. No se pueden clavar alfileres en el por lo que no sirve para drapeados.

El maniquí mediano, cuando abres las roscas para poner la talla maxima, se quedan unos huecos muy grandes y al poner la ropa no se ajusta bien. Habría que rellenarlo por dentro con telas o algo similar. Lo descambié por el grande para no tener que abrir tanto las roscas, pero ese tamaño grande ya es demasiado ancho de talla. La primera devolución me la hicieron sin problema, pero el segundo maniquí no me lo quiere recoger el vendedor. Quiere que yo lo envíe y pague los portes, y al ser en el extranjero y un paquete tan grande me cuesta muy caro. Cuidado porque lo de compra con derecho a devolución no es gratuita...
