Wet skin can make the scraper less effective and potentially cause injury. Start with the gentler side of the scraper and rub it slowly across the areas of concern, such as calluses or dry skin. Apply light to moderate pressure, being careful not to press too hard to avoid pain or injury. After use, clean the scraper with warm soapy water and dry it thoroughly before storing it away. For best results, use the scraper regularly to maintain soft, healthy feet. Safety Warning Always wash and dry your feet before use. Apply light to moderate pressure while using the foot scraper to avoid injury or excessive skin removal. Review: Works really well - My sister has landed up in hospital and I've taken over the role of unofficial podiatrist as she won't be home for some time. She has a fairly small, but very thick area of hard skin beside one of her toenails and I was looking for something small to make it easier to remove the hard skin without scraping her nail or the soft skin beside it. I loved the look of this, plus the price is excellent. When it arrived it looked just like the pictures, but I was disappointed by the filing surfaces - one side looked painfully rough and the other side had hardly any marks at all. I decided to give it a try anyway and I'm pleased I did. It's nice and solid to hold, it's metal so it doesn't flex as you try to use it, the rough side is great, removing the hard skin just as I hoped it would and the other side smoothed it nicely. Well worth the price. I'm not sure I'd want to use it on large areas of hard skin because the filing surfaces are small, but it is perfect for the small area I need to remove. Review: Absolutely garbage - Absolutely garbage. Just doesn’t work at all. Just doesn’t work at all. Do not waste your money ### ⭐⭐ Inadequate *by K***6 on 13 July 2025* Why did you choose this product over others?: I needed a small file to reach a callus awkwardly situated between two toes. This is a good size, but the rasp is not effective. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/484419806-stainless-steel-foot-file-dry-skin-remover-pedicure-grooming-foot](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/484419806-stainless-steel-foot-file-dry-skin-remover-pedicure-grooming-foot) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
