NOT A GOOD SHELF LIFE
Have purchased this 1kg tin a number of times before and loved it. So decided to set up auto delivey. This time my order turned up in a dented container and just 3 months before expiry date. The box it was delivered in wasn't damaged so it must have been packed already in a damaged tin. I will see what my next auto delivery in November is like. If it does not have a good date on and is damaged I will cancel my subscription. I am so disappointed but we will see if the next order is better."EDIT" My new tin has arrived This time it has a 10 month use by date on it. So that's good. Unfortunately the tin is showing only 70 mugs instead of the usual 80 mugs. The tin also says Less sugar so not sure what it will taste like. I have cancelled my subscription for now untill I see what it tastes like. I think it's wrong to change recipe and servings without prior information to customer. 10 servings less is not good.

Short dated and damaged tin
The use dare is short dated , less than 4 months before expiry date. tin. It has to have at least 1 year expiry date !!! The box it was delivered in wasn't damaged so it must have been packed already in a damaged Tin ; seems like a repackaged product . I am not happy with my purchase at all. Need to return it but return policy didn’t allow and because of short date i have to throw this away…

Weak unflavoured
I previously had the sweetened sachets which were delicious but this is very disappointing very weak indeed little flavour and left a dry feeling on my tongue won't be buying again subscription cancelled

This was so weak it was like dishwater,no taste wish I could have sent it back Total waste of money

since the recipe has been improved it has no taste. It is very watery and there is no froth on top like a cappuccino should have. I won't be buying it again. I have had to change to another brand

says unsweetenend but it has glucose syrup in it and it tastes sweet
It says unsweetened right on the front there but there is syrup in the ingredients list and definitely tastes sweet.

No lid to keep fresh once open

Empty & damaged
This is how my capacinno turned up.. no capacinno in the tin!!!!! It was all over my other goods in the box!! Not happy cancelled my subscription completely
