The skirt has strands of tule, which came very wrinkled. I fixed with a hair straighter strand by strand, avoiding the black marks, which had glue on the back. It also requires the child to wear shorts under, because the strands do not fully cover the derriere. This is a halter top. I had my daughter wear a cardigan with it.

This was for Halloween 🎃 Super cute she was just plain adorable in it and it is durable too.

This is shein quality with American pricing. Totally not worth it. And I don’t shop at shein for a reason. It’s bad enough how they run their factories for our products but to purchase something you know a child made just hurts my heart. The picture doesn’t show in depth but I can tell looking at this dress in person that a child made this.
