Meister Glove Deodorizers for Boxing and All Sports - Absorbs Stink and Leaves Gloves Fresh - Cedar Scent

Ordered these for my teenage son's frequently used boxing gloves, he has 16oz gloves and the deodorisers fit really well, he's only been using them for a week and I have noticed a significant improvement in odour from his kit bag, I did thoroughly wash his gloves before first time use as I didn't want that old sweat mixed with the cologne scent of the deodorisers and it's working a treat, just pop them into the gloves and leave them there, the scent is strong and very masculine, my son has already had enquiries from his friends at training on where they can get them for themselves. I can't comment on the longevity of the scent but on using them I would highly recommend for anyone needing to freshen up their kit.

This worked really really well for my boxing gloves. I’ve been boxing for five years now and the most recent pair are a set of cleto Reyes. For the past month or two days start to develop a smell that I’ve been struggling to get rid of and using these and popping them in straight after my boxing sessions number one reduces the moisture in it relatively quickly and to leaves a very nice perfume scent and the gloves that last for a very long time I’ve had it now for about a month and a half and the deodorises are still smelling very strong. It’s very easy to use. I have a pair of 16 ounce gloves and I just slide them in they fit fine. I assume they would work well and even 10 ounce gloves compared to other brands that I’ve seen online as well. This is relatively good value for money not the best, but not the most expensive either.

Primarily these are used as boxing glove deodorisers. However, I bought them initially for my husbands golf glove which really whiffs after a round and is fairly wet from the sweat (nice!). As soon as you open the packet the strength of smell is apparent, in a good way. To start with, I left them out in 2 bedrooms to see what affect they have as I like nice smelling rooms. They were great for a few days but the smell soon wore off which is not surprising as this is not their intended use. Since then I’ve moved them into the gym and walking shoes but take them out for the offending golf glove when required. Overall, a great buy and time will tell how long they last. I recommend them for their intended use and they will definitely make a gym bag smell nice. In fact any small area benefits so currently my wardrobes smell lovely as they are in shoes. The only reason for dropping a star is that they are stitched so replacement inserts are not possible which is a shame.

Bought these for my husband, he puts them in his gym bag and his gloves and kit smell so much better. Freshens the locker room up too 😁.

*** UPDATE 21st January 2023 *** It is now four and a half months on, so I just wanted to give an update to help those thinking of purchasing. My son plays football three to four times a week, and even out of season, they have regular training. So we have been using these after every match as, putting it as politely as possible, his gloves after a match had the foul stench of a seven week old blocked sewer! However, I am extremely happy to report that even after all this time, the glove deodorisers still smell as fresh as the day we got them. Not only that but, after every match & training session, the gloves now have a pleasant aroma. Not the original stench they used to have. So I would more than recommend these gloves deodorisers, which would no doubt serve the same purpose in footwear too. ——————————————————————- 4th September 2022 I bought these for my sons goalkeeper gloves. He is 12, but a large 12, and has size 8 gloves. When I tried to put these in the gloves, it was a tight squeeze. But on the upside, they stay in well and my son is able to hang the gloves around his neck when he’s not using them. Amazing product New to boxing so didnt know my gloves would get so sweaty these work a treat from other reviews iv seen there smell is quite strong i got thw lavender ones there really strong if i handle them to long its thats strong itll make me sneeze which is good because they will last a while. They do a real good job by end of session and journey home gloves where dry, quick tip in packet they come in there in a sealed plastic bag ive kept both packaging and once i get home take them out of gloves and put back in both packaging and back in gym bag keeps the bag fresh and helps with the over powering scent. When ibgot the i had them opened and showing everyone them for 30 minutes tue house smelled of lavander for the next 6 hours thats why how i have learned to put them back into there packaging when finished with the th them amazing product will be ll be buying another set soon as can be used for other things ie shoes after gym too
