Depends—was the area drained before wearing Earies? If you have previous cauliflower ear damage in that area, the thicker tissue can reduce the magnets' effectiveness. Increased blood flow from strenuous exercise can also cause the area to refill with fluid—try to avoid that kind of activity for a few days.
