I'd been taking a high dose vitamin B complex for a while when my blood pressure plummeted, leading me to properly check all my supplement levels. Turns out taking high doses of some vitamins can help reduce BP - which I really didn't need to do! It took a while to find a supplement doesn't have more than recommended maximums (as per WebMD and NHS guidelines) but this does the job perfectly. I ordered 60, which came in a metal container. Robust and absolutely recyclable. Definitely reordering!

I've been told by my consultant that I should be trying to take a Vitamin B2 supplement to help reduce the occurrence of migraines. I saw these and thought well these have B2 in them and surely I'll benefit from supplementing the other B Vitamins in my diet. Turns out I was wrong. I woke up and had a breakfast of porridge (as the instructions said 'ideally taken with food') and took one of the quite large and lurid yellow tablets. All was fine, swallowed easily and minimal taste. It was only when I got to work (about 1 hour after taking tablet) that I noticed the start of some unpleasant side effects. I felt like I had taken a handful of caffeine tablets and washed them down with a large can of RedBull. Unfortunately this feeling increased in intensity over the next hour until it felt very uncomfortable, jittery, effected my ability to concentrate and carry out my work duties and caused flushing and sweats. Thankfully after about 4 hours after I noticed the side effects start, they began to decrease fairly quickly until I felt back to normal. I can only assume that these are pretty highly dosed tablets and as some B vitamins are associated with energy release, if you are sensitive to stimulants (such as caffeine as I am) you may suffer an adverse effect. The following day I did snap the tablet in half and tried again, the effect were the same except as expected the intensity was reduced and shorter lasting. I can't comment of the effective benefits of the tablets as I was unable to take them for a long enough period of time to notice any improvements. I'm sure that to most people these will provide the benefits they are seeking however if you are sensitive to stimulants err with caution. If you do notice similar unpleasant effects as I did, B vitamins are water soluble so the more you drink the quicker they shall flush from your system (obviously within sensible limits).

Starting with the positives: the price is very good, delivery was fast (arrived the next day), and the vitamin B content looks solid on paper. However, there is one major issue that I can’t ignore. The bottle had no safety seal under the cap. There was no foil or plastic seal to break, which is something even basic products like mouthwash usually have. Since these are tablets meant to be swallowed, this gave me a very bad first impression. Without a seal, the bottle could theoretically be opened and closed by anyone during storage or handling, and there is no clear guarantee for the customer that the contents haven’t been accessed after leaving production. For a consumable product, this is an important safety and trust issue. I contacted Amazon about this and they kindly agreed to send a free replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement had the same issue. I needed vitamin supplements at the time, but I ultimately decided not to continue with this brand purely because of the missing safety seal. Pros: Very good price Fast delivery Good vitamin B formulation Cons: No safety seal under the cap, which is concerning for a consumable product Overall: While the price and formulation are good, the lack of a safety seal is a serious drawback for tablets meant for consumption. Because of this issue alone, I would not purchase this product again unless the packaging is improved.

Really good, shame the bottle is about twice the size it needs to be for the volume it holds. Reduce waste and all that

Primera vez que compro este producto. Vienen 60 cápsulas y no viene sellado, lo que me produce desconfianza. Tienen un olor bastante fuerte y desagradable. Para completar los MG es necesario tomar 1 tableta diaria ( a diferencia de otras que deben tomar más tabletas para completar la posología) Las tabletas no son recubiertas. No he consumido estas vitaminas antes, por lo que si veo resultados, haré una próxima compra y comentaré su efectividad.
