It's curves and lovely smooth finish give it a premium feel I honestly wasn't expecting. I bought a reasonable priced wooden comb and got something much better in my opinion. The wide teeth have also been a godsend for my hair which is thick and curly, I use it to detangle in the shower and it's really gentle on my hair - having only ever used plastic before now, I was surprised at the difference.
