Yes, they fit ladies fine, comfortable and adjustable

Can you dive in them?

You can dive in them if you're referring to diving from side of the pool into water. If you're donning a snorkel and going down deeper than normal, they will not do the same job as a mask. Personally, I never dive into water with googles on but that's a personal choice.

What size will the strap go to

Each strap is 10 inches long. I would estimate that you would probably need an inch each side for a secure fixing, leaving max 18 inches of strap. The goggles themselves are excellent - great quality.
