Working great
I thought my memory problems were just part of the aging process, but then I watched Dr. Berg on YouTube and decided I might be deficient on B1. Apparently, I was, because the slight mental fog I've been feeling for the last couple of years is suddenly gone. I don't normally take anything--always try to get my vitamins and minerals from my food--so I was not happy with how big the pills are (pretty normal size, actually). I will be buying these again.
