Thermos Stainless Steel Flask, Hammertone Grey, 1.0 L

A good solid flask with a nice hammered paint coating that ensures long lasting good looks. Keeps my tea nice and hot throughout my duration of an 11 hour shift at work and still suffiently warm to finish off shortly after arriving at home. Non leaking with a smallish stainless steel mug. Nothing at all to dislike, just a great functioning flask that delivers what is expected from such an item and at a great price. Delivered without any scuffs, dents or marks which is always a blessing!!!!

Good flask, keeps tea hot for hours

For £16 you cannot go wrong with this. It feels like a solid, quality built flask and has holds liquid for plenty of cups (based on the flask cup size). Great leak resistance as well, i have only had a couple of drops leak out while pouring a cup which is always nice. Keeps a hot tea or coffee hot for many hours no problem. It also even helps me save just a bit of electric since rather than boil the kettle 10 times a day i only need to do it like 2 times with this flask and every bit helps these days. Quite a few reviews say that this thermos leaks. While the top can be a little fiddly to screw on correctly, if done correctly I’m certain that there is no way that this will leak. Just pay a little attention when you screw It on and you can’t go wrong. The top also has a feature that allows you to pour without removing the top completely. Ie you can loosen the top a three quarter turn or so and pour before retightening to seal. This is a great feature but I wonder whether some of those complaining about leaking have just failed to properly tighten the top. The flask is very attractive and keeps the heat reasonably well in my experience. However I usually only keep it for about 4 hours so I can’t say how hot the contents would be after a longer time. I have noticed that the top is not very well insulated, being made of plastic with a piece of polystyrene in the middle. So a small amount of heat definitely escapes there which higher end flask's probably don’t suffer from. Some reviews say that the flask lost its insulation after a while. This isn’t my experience. I’ve had this flask for 3 years and it still holds heat. However I have only been using the flask periodically over those 3 years. I suspect that like all “value” products their quality control isn’t the best, so you just have to expect that a certain number of duds will get through. It is just luck of the draw whether you are unlucky enough to get one. I’m certainly happy with the purchase and consider it good value.

Great flask, we use it to keep hot water for baby’s milk and it keeps it boiling for so long. Would recommend!

I own Emsa for hot water and this is a great complement for tea or coffee. It is light, easy to grab and simple to clean. Temperatures keep for many hours.

Fantastic. Since I ordered this it has been used almost daily. Perfect for two cups of coffee. Not too bulky either so easy to carry about. I ordered this because my husband ordered one prior and loved it. This was bought to replace a cheaper model that did not keep water hot all day. Very happy with this purchase, it pours well and looks much more expensive than it was.

Had this flask for 10 years now. It will keep the liquid hot for almost 24 hours. I am very happy with it.

Great, holds heat well. I fill with tea at about 10pm, open first time at about 8am and its too hot to drink then i go on to drink from it about 5-10 times throughout the day and its still warm at 3pm. I think it could stay hot for about 20hours if i didnt open it. Loses a star because when i was cleaning it i found left over blue paint on the inside at the bottom of where the rubber seal of the lid would be when connected. Have attached a picture. Thankfully i noticed it and could just scratch it off with my nail. I used an ear camera to check inside but it was just this area in a circle.

Die Kanne wirkt wertig, die Verarbeitung sorgfältig. Morgens heiß eingefüllter Tee ist abends noch so heiß dass man ihn nicht sofort trinken kann. Bin begeistert!

Muy buen producto! Lo uso para tomar mate y mantiene la temperatura del agua por bastante tiempo. El tapón es a rosca y es fácil servir el agua. La tapa se puede utilizar como vaso. 100% recomendable!
