Review: Fantastic!! does what it says on the box!!! - Just purchased my second pack and all I can say is I’m very impressed and happy that I tried these, I’ve been suffering with really bad anxiety since becoming menopausal and lately my anxiety was getting intense to the point it was starting to impact my work and sleep, but after a two weeks on these I can confirm for me it’s been a life changer I sleep better and deeper and my anxiety knot as I call it in my stomach is almost not there which for me is now manageable. I really can’t recommend these enough I had no weird after taste or side effects and the price was really good for less than £6 a box it’s well worth a try. Hoping to be able to buy these in a bigger pack so I don’t have to reorder so often.

**Q: is it good for vegetarian**
A: Unfortunately not. I contacted the manufacturers who told me they were not suitable for vegan or vegetarians

**Q: how long do you have to take them before they work?**
A: It varies from person to person however we always recommend taking this product for two weeks. If symptoms worsen or you don’t see any improvement after two weeks then we recommend seeking further advice from your doctor.

**Q: Are these vegetarian please?**
A: No

**Q: Are they better than the usual ones? There is no Valerian in them which calms anxiety so do they do anything?**
A: Lavender also has calming properties good for nighttime use
