If you cannot have much salt this is a great replacement..I have vertigo and high blood pressure salt makes it worse since using so low salt i have no problems..tastes exactly the same as normal salt. Highly recommend

I bought this for health reasons as I needed to reduce the amount of sodium in my diet without completely giving up the taste of salt. It works well for seasoning meals and can be used much like ordinary table salt. The flavour is slightly different if too much is added, but I adapted to it quickly and only need a small amount. The 350g tub lasts a good while and makes it much easier to control my sodium intake while still enjoying properly seasoned food. A practical substitute that does what I need.

Excellent product and price.

It's low in salt but still adds some extra flavor. I found it a bit metallic tasting, but it really depends on what meal you use it with. I wouldn’t use it for simple stuff like scrambled eggs, but it’s great in recipes with lots of ingredients and homemade bread. I usually mix it half and half with regular salt.

Quite a big sodium reduction from regular table salt. Due to high blood pressure I need to manage my sodium intake and this product is a huge benefit to that end. The taste is nearly as good as normal salt and the price on Amazon is very good indeed. A genuine healthier option.

If you want to reduce your sodium intake but not have bland food, this is the way to go! It's easy to use, the texture is just what you expect. It tastes great! The size is bigger than what I was getting in the grocery store, so it lasts longer. The mineral content is right on the money.

Value for money

Years ago, my doctor put me on a low-sodium diet as I had developed hypertension. 1500 mgm a day...which is roughly 500 mgm per meal. Yikes. I've tried other salt substitutes over the years, most of them are just potassium, and no one would ever mistake the taste of potassium for salt. This tastes more like real salt. The size is better; I've had this one item for several months now. I think it's a better value for the money. As always, be sure and read the label, as this does contain a small amount of sodium. I plan on buying this again in the future.
