Purchased for a family member overseas, who saw this nativity set online and asked it I would consider bringing one back when I was coming over for a visit.Despite some reviewer comments on how fragile this item was, which made me nervous given the price, I was happy to see it arrive without any damage. It came in two boxes that were surprisingly large and heavy, but I was able to shove both of them in my large suite case, where they took up half the space, padded by clothes in every direction. Everything survived a long flight and a train ride. Definitely handle with care, but it's not unlike other stone(like) nativity sets.My family member was very excited with his purchase, and we both agreed that the entire set looks very nice!

I was so excited for this nativity! But I ordered it twice and it arrived broken both times. I'm not debating on whether or not to super glue it or return it again

Should have listened to the other reviews. Stable came in completely broken - all the "people" are in tact.

The set and figurines are much larger than I expected. Alas, the first figurine I pulled out of the styrofoam had an arm broken off. So, I thought I'd just glue his arm back on. Unpacked some more, and several of the figurines were broken. If these figurines are fragile enough to crack when packed in styrofoam, they won't survive getting knocked over by a pet or tipsy dinner guest.

As a believer in technology and organics this was simply a must. The build quality is heavenly. No batteries needed (solar panel included). Since owning this product I have converted so many of my friends from strict Christianity to a more tech oriented life style. I can't say enough good things about this product. I would have given this product 5 stars but it wasn't delivered by hipsters on segways as the pictures might lead you to believe.

After reading the reviews about this set arriving broken, I was worried but had to order anyway because who doesn’t love millenials! Only one issue. One of the 3 wise “bros” won’t stand up without leaning against something. Otherwise I love it!

Concept is good. But the pieces are cheaply made- One figurine came with a broken arm, and three others can't stand up with out falling! Jesus help me out! :)

I am not commenting on how disrespectful this set is... I want to comment on the quality, because a person that is interested in purchasing this would be more interested on how the set looks rather than if I think the set is rude. To be completely honest, I did not purchase this set, but I saw it in a Christmas store.In my opinion the piece looks cheap and poorly executed. I think the cow and the sheep looked nice, but all the people have a cheap plastic shine... and this seems like a small detail, but I really hated how Mary's hair is painted, it looks like there are pieces framing her face that should be painted, but they are flesh toned instead... so the paint does not line up with the molding. This is gross to me. To be completely fair, the display was behind glass so I couldn't really inspect the items, but I was able to look at it from a distance of ~5 inches... and from that close, it looks atrocious... from further away, it is more tolerable.I much preferred the gnome or bear or mouse nativity to this set... though I did not really like any of those either, they appeared to be of better quality to this one.
