I guess they work
Arrived in a letterbox friendly heavy-duty sealed pouch Tablets are a little large but present no issue with swallowing. they taste of nothing in the very short time they are in your mouth before you down them with the recommended glass of water, they are certainly a cheaper option than most gimmick supplements. I had no side effects and they are made in the UK I did not wake up the next day with a renewed lease of life and genuinely have no idea if they are actually doing anything worthwhile but, with a strangely compelling urge to supplement my awful diet with vitamins and minerals, these fit that role.
