I wont leave the house without it except for a very rainy day or days I am just sat at home. I'm 31 and my hair is quite fine and thin, and I only apply it to my crown area as this is beginning to lose hair. I use Regain foam every day, so after I shampoo I do Regain then say wait at least half hour or so before I use the Toppik. If I style my hair I would use Toppik as the very last thing. You don't need much, just sprinkle it over the balding areas and try to get a nice coverage. Just use a little bit then look in the mirror, use a comb (not a brush) and just comb it over with your natural hair, then if you need more apply some more Toppik. Build it up gradually. I only set it with hairspray if I am going on a night out. But on a everyday basis you can get away without hairspray. It washes out easily and try not to mess with your hair afterwards as you can a bit of it over your fingers and it would also ruin the coverage. I did have a slight problem with it when I was at the gym, and it came off all over the bench! Bit embarrassing but luckily no one noticed, but I have wore it to the gym other times and none of it came off so maybe I just applied too much that day. It is a miracle in a bottle. **Q: Can i use this while also using regaine? thanks** A: I don't see why not but it can make your scalp itch a bit so might be doubly irritating with the regaine! **Q: Would touching the hair with fingers or removing jumper when the application is in use on head leave any residue on your fingers or jumper?** A: It does not come off onto clothing that I have noticed and only very little on fingers if you run your fingers over the area.
