How many do i need for 2.7 litres of gearbox oil, if i need 3 x lots, can i put in all 60g in it ? or is that to much

It does recommend 1 tube per litre, but I've used 1 tube in a 2.4 ltr box and still noticed an improvement. You could put 60 g in, but remember to check the gear oil level is correct and don't over fill.

Can this be used in gearboxes with overdrive?

It really depends on the oil you use in your manual gearbox. This product MUST NOT be used with Automatic Transmission Fluids. If you are using SAE 75W (GL-4) or up to SAE 90W then this product will be fine. It's purpose is to coat the gears to reduce friction and wear, it does NOT fix worn gearboxes. Always check with your vehicle manufacturer what is the correct oil for your particular vehicle model.
