It gives quick readings and seems accurate based on cross-checks with boiling water and other tools I’ve used. ✅ Pros: • Very quick to use—just unfold the probe and it powers on instantly. • Switches easily between °C and °F. • Good value for the price and gets the job done reliably so far. ❌ Cons: • It’s not waterproof, so you can't rinse or wash it like many would assume. I missed this detail initially (it is listed in the product description). • You’re advised not to touch the probe directly (at all?), but you need to unfold it manually—which feels a bit contradictory. • The build feels a bit flimsy, especially the plastic housing.
