Wouldn't guarantee it but don't see a problem it's a good quality light enough grease. Something lightweight Silicon based might be better.

You could try, although I doubt it would deter any animal that can climb. A girlfriend used it on pots to stop slugs climbing in. Personally I'd use it on bearings.

What is the temperature range of this grease?

All it prints on container that is fit for all wheel bearings and gives protection over a wide temperature range

Could this be used on brake caliper slide pins. High temperature resistance and rubber friendly?

Think most greases are rubber friendly as most bearing seals are rubber and CV Joint boots. As for calliper pins, I would use Copper Slip rather than bearing grease. Personal choice.
