Will these clean up smoke stains in my microwave ?

I highly doubt it. These wipes are not strong enough to clean grease off a stove top.

Can you use these inside the microwave?

Yes they are perfect for the microwave.

Why can't you ship to Washington State?

On July 1, 2022 Washington State has prohibited the sale of all pre-moistened wipes marketed as disposable without the "Do Not Flush" symbol on the display panel of the product.. We made all of those changes to all of our wipe packaging prior to the new laws being enacted. I am not sure why this is happening to you. We ship products into all the states in the US including Washington.

Does this work on non-stainless steel appliances?

I only have stainless appliances but I use them on my glass cooktop and my microwave they are great no streaking I love them. I would imagine that you could use on non stainless too. Work great on my faucets too.
