Absolutely Brilliant! :)
Went for the dark brown after not getting on with the light brown. This product is brilliant I can’t stress that enough. I dye my beard otherwise I’d be so grey and I’m only a 33 year old man. I was using just for men for the past year but after a few months I developed severe itchy red skin due to whatever toxic chemical they use in their products. It wouldn’t surprise men if the just for men products are likely carcinogenic or dangerous to health. So I went on the lookout for something organic or natural and came across this which I have to admit I thought it was a load of bolloc@s But, I ordered it in the hope that I could get relief from whatever the just for men chemicals were doing to me and my skin was so itchy and sore. So I literally mixed a heaped tea spoons worth in a plastic container using my old just for men brush. Mixed it into a paste with warm water, I mixed mine too watery though I used away at it anyway. I painted it on liberally and went in and watched a couple of hours of tv. To my amazement when I washed it all off 2 hours later I had a lovely brown beard that looked natural and real for the first time in a year. My facial hair felt nourished and soft unlike before! And it came out the loveliest colour. And the main thing, no itchy red sore face anymore, no irritation and no endless scratching. What a truly wonderful product that is better for your health and actually does a far better job. Thank you so much to whoever came up with this! Tips! Couple of things I learned The powder is green so when you paint it on your face or head things look green even after washing out. Not green like grass but a greenish tinge. Do not worry about this, I noticed after waking up the next day when it oxidises the true colour appears and it’s lovely when it does. I apply in the evening once a week for this reason. For men’s beards you need only a little bit of powder and water so it will last ages There’s an earthy natural smell that lingers especially if the hair gets wet. This doesn’t bother me at all the benefits far outweigh any worry of that It takes longer than my old just for men product ie 2 hours as opposed to 10 minutes however I have no weird chemical burns / irritation and my skin and beard is far better using this Pure stuff without a shadow of a doubt. I treat myself once a week to this and look at it like a bit of me time, sounds weird but when you feel the difference for yourself you’ll thank yourself for it. Final thoughts! If you are like me and you like organic, less harmful chemicals or simply want a product that looks much more natural that the chemical dyes then I’d say jump at this. I’m so so glad I’ve found it and I’ll never go back to just for men or similar toxic chemical brands

Its Pure Dark Brown plus Its Pure Indigo treatment
I have long hair, naturally very dark brown, but nowadays it's around 60% grey, mainly at the top, sides, and crown. The ends of my hair also contain chemical colourants from the days when I hadn't developed an allergy to them. Recently I had been left colouring my grey roots with temporary sprays which are messy and leave marks on pillows, chair backs, etc. Not good. So, after a bit of research, I plucked up courage to use the Its Pure treament as it appears to be one of the more reliable, natural ones. First Treatment: Used Dark Brown treatment only. I used 2/3 of the packet (this included the small amounts for the strand test and skin test). Skin test 72 hours before treatment showed no bad effects. Strand test showed no change whatsoever, but I did remove it after an hour. So I went ahead.... Washed hair to remove any products. Did not condition. Dried hair. Mixed powder and put on hair straight away. Started with grey roots and when these were fully covered, I used the rest to cover the remainder of my hair. Put on the plastic cap, cleaned odd spills from my face and arms with baby wipes (came off straight away). Cleaned odd spills in bathroom...these came off straight away (apart from the rug which now has a couple of darker patches....). Got on with things around the house and left mixture on my hair for over 4 hours.... Tried to rinse the mixture off with clear water, but it was resistant, so I had to use a small amount of shanpoo for coloured hair. Added a small amount of conditioner too and then dried with hair dryer. Result: Most of my hair turned out a lovely warm, dark brown. However, the grey roots on the top and crown of my head were mid to light brown and had a vague pinky glow to them. If the grey had been spread out across my hair, I would have been happy with 'highlights' like this. But as the lighter hair was all in particular sections, it was a little noticeable, so stage two had to be started... I waited 24 hours and sure enough, the roots did darken a little (as promised on the packet), but they were still fairly noticeable. So Second treatment: I had already read of some reviewers using more indigo. So I had a packet of Its Pure Indigo ready. I mixed up the remaining third of the Dark Brown power and (after reading another recommendation) I covered the bowl with cling film and left it to stand for 30 minutes while I washed the conditioner out of my hair and dried it again. After 30 minutes I took about 1/3 of the Indigo power and mixed it with lukewarm water in a separate bowl. Then, when it was mixed, I added it to the bowl with the first treatment and mixed them together. Then, I put the treatment on my dry, clean hair, concentrating on the roots and areas where I have more grey. I had a little pure indigo left in the bowl, so I also added that to the top roots and crown. Then I spread the rest of the mixture down my hair, but didn't bother too much with the very ends. This time, I covered my hair with cling film first and then put the plastic cap on top. Waited nearly 3 hours and then rinsed with warm water. I had to use a small amount of shampoo again, plus conditioner. Hair is now a lovely, very dark brown and the roots are almost as dark as the rest, so success! Will use again, but next time with a mix of half dark brown and half indigo, probably just on new roots and previously covered grey. Extra notes: Smell is earthy, but not too bad and disappeared after conditioning. I did get a slightly itchy scalp, but I think this was more down to having plastic on my head for hours than to the treatment and it was nothing like the long-term stinging itchiness I get from chemical dyes. So I'm very pleased :)

Very pleased.
I'm very pleased with this. I'm probably about 50 percent grey. I've been using the same dye for 5 years when I suddenly developed a very bad reaction to it. I bought the dark brown Organics as a natural alternative as I can't risk using chemical dye again. I didn't find it any more messy or difficult to make than my chemical dye. If anything, it stains less, although I had to stir it for longer to remove lumps. It smells of very strong green tea, I quite like it, but my 3 year old was complaining about the smell. It does disappear after you wash it though. I washed my hair first but didn't use conditioner just in case it left a coating, because the packet says that you shouldn't have any products on your hair. I let my hair dry naturally and then put on a generous amount, using a brush thing to get right into the roots. I left it for 5 hours with the cap, because I thought that it wouldn't work, and then I washed it out with shampoo and conditioned. My hair was a bright dyed red with greying roots, and the brown has covered it well, and evened it out, as well as my roots, although the roots are lighter slightly. It's still developing as it can take two days to oxidize, but the grey has covered mostly so far. Its very dark though, possibly because I left it for too long, but I might try the mid brown next time because I feel that leaving it on longer helps cover the grey. My hair does feel dryer, but I'm very happy that I have found a natural alternative to chemicals. I have shoulder length medium/thick hair, and a packet gives me 3 uses. ***Update*** after several uses I have a few hints for covering greys. This covers better when it is runnier rather than thicker and lumpy. It has a chance to coat the hair more. If there are lumps, I would say keep adding small amounts of warm water, and stir. Obviously you don't want it too runny though or it will be difficult to apply. Also, for grey coverage it's much better to use a hair dye brush to get right into the roots by parting the hair and applying throughout. I've started leaving mine on all through the night, the shower cap works well at keeping bedding clean, but I also use an old towel to cover my pillow. It covers my roots better left on longer. Lastly, to combat the drying, I use a good leave in conditioner after washing it out. That really helps because the dye is much more drying than bought hair dyes.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY
I really wanted this to work and believed it would, since I’m allergic to regular hair dyes. I have dark brown hair with grey flicks and grey roots. I followed the instructions and left it on for the 4 hrs recommended for my hair colour. However, the results were upsetting and I wasted those hours on this product only for it to turn my grey hair ginger! I want a full refund, because this gave my grey hair a different colour to what it said it would give on the box. Also, it lightened my dark brown hair leaving it looking like a worn out, wishy washy, faded brown colour with ginger flecks. It’s awful.

Messy but end results great
I purchased dark brown I have highlighted hair, but my natural hair is dark brown with a smattering of grey on top. I left the product on for 1and half hours. Initially it appeared patchy and too dark. But 5 days on and a couple of washes I have lovely dark brown shiny hair with the highlights gently showing through. It’s a messy process allow a few hours at least and rinse, rinse and rinse until clear water comes through. Smell isn’t great but wears off eventually.

All natural ingredients
I bought this because I have had a kerasilk treatment to stop my hair from being frizzy so needed a hair dye with no ammonia in. I found it very messy, it smells aweful and was dark green, my hair just needed the roots touching up, I put it all over, left it on for 2 hours, where my hair was grey it had turned green, the rest of my hair was a good shade of brown , on the good side it didn't ruin my keratin treatment as my hair was smooth and soft afterwards but I gave it a 3 as it didn't cover my grey

Give it a couple of days!!!
I cannot rate this product enough! I used half the packet but realised, in future, a quarter of the packet will be enough so a box of this will get me 4 uses and my hair is just below shoulder length and neither thick nor fine. I left it on for 2.5 hours then rinsed it out and conditioned it. I must admit that I wasn't pleased with it at first. It felt dry and had a green tinge so the next morning I washed it with shampoo and conditioner. I expected it to make the water change colour but it didn't so I'm guessing it will last longer than I thought. When I dried my hair I was shocked at how gorgeous it was! So shiny and it seemed thicker. It still had a slight greeny tinge however but the following day it was a gorgeous dark brown and looked very natural plus the smell had vanished which I wasn't keen on but with it being a 100% natural product I'd expected that. All I can say is please give it a couple of days after use before you rate this product as it really does need time to oxidize and it's so worth it. I wouldn't use anything else now and knowing it's 100% natural and actually conditions your hair makes it even better!
