PosturePlast Triple Acting Low Back Pain Relief

Saw this product PosturePlast Triple Action Lower Back Pain Relief Plaster  advertised in newspaper. Seemed it could be of help with a problem I had for years, lower backpain from several slipped dics (sciatica). Found it on Amazon at a much lower price, so I ordered it to give it a try. It did help somewhat, but not as advertised. And there are drawbacks : its very difficult to put on by oneself. Once the backing is removed ,even if its done in 2 stages as advised, the plaster has a tendency to fold back on itself and stick to itself, which makes sticking it over ones spine difficult. I did manage somehow but found after using it 3 times (i.e. 3 pads on 3 days) my skin itched terribly and after removal the residue of the plaster is very difficult to remove from ones skin. I shall use it occasionally (bought 2 boxes) but don't think I will order it again.

I have been in pain with lower back pain and sciatica, for many years. I have had many facet joint injections good but do not last. The doctors give you either pain killers which upset your stomach or pills which knock you out.my husband saw this advertised in the paper I sent for the four to see if it works and it does I don't know how and i don't care all i know is i have been able to walk, shop clean and even decorate. without keep stopping.and i have just recieved my next lot this time twelve.Only problems is if you had to put it on on your own' and it is a plaster so hurts a little taking it off. I think these things to me are worth it for the pain relief and more freedom to get about

I bought postureplast as I suffer from sciatica, but since being pregnant not only did the sciatica flare up again but my back was in terrible pain too. Once I applied postureplast I noticed the difference straight away. You learn to use your back correctly bending at the knees and are more aware of your posture in general, it limits your movements in your back so you don't over work it.I thought they worked so well that I have recommended them to my neighbours who have themselves now invested in them too.No more pain killers for me. The fact that you wear one for a couple of days and then have a few days off before applying the next one works very well.

This has to be applied by someone else as plaster apt to stick together..One helped my daugher, but my husband's plaster fell off before a days use.Haven't tried them again since. Possibly better luck next time or could have wasted our money.

I am sure this product works well if you have a partner to help you fit it on. I wish I had taken heed of another review warning of these difficulties. Would not be so bad if the sticky bits didn't behave like cling film!!! Tried several Postureplast from the pack but had to give up in the end and throw them away as the sticky bits all stuck together and could not be unstuck. What a waste......

this product is a good idea. I had very red and spotty skin where the plaster had been and the skin was a bit sore. Painful to take off. I am allergic to some plasters. I might leave it for a while and try again and not wear it all day.

On the lady I used it on I did find that the ends of the plastic dug into her back so I tend to now add padding to protect her but it is a great postural awareness tool

I have not had sufficient time to give an opinion on this as I have only tried it once I keep forgetting to apply it so its my fault , I must improve on this. I am half dresses before I remember it and its too late then
