Nice quality jars with clip fastening sealed lid. Ideal for anything that needs air tight storage and many things that don't. Currently using one for fusilli pasta, the 2 Lt jar will hold a 500g bag with room to spare but NOT big enough for a 1k bag. Lovely retro looking jars at a very fair price Will definitely buy more of these in different sizes for storing various items of food, dogs treats etc etc.

Got this jar as I was hoping to infuse some alcohol and possibly make a tradition of making a couple of infused alcohol a year and the jar does an excellent job for intended purposes

Pro: Nice design. Well made. Nice strong latches. Con: has a sticker underneath, one of those "impossible to get off without leaving a mark/sticky patch" ones. Mildly annoying but the only downside

Honestly I think these are such a steal.. the 2l are so versatile, especially if you're an avid pantry maker like myself. The spring mechanism works well and I love that I can just replace the rubber rings when needed and just keep using away at these jars for years to come.

j'ai acheté le bocal pour préparer mon alcool de chataignes. Ma recette prévoit une préparation par étapes sur 2 mois. A chaque stade de préparation, le mélange nécessite d'être secoué chaque jour ardemment. Le bocal est vraiment hermétique, rien ne s'échappe, ni liquide, ni vapeur quelconque. Le produit a totalement rempli sa fonction. Après usage, le bocal s'est nettoyé sans aucun problème au lave-vaisselle. Parfait pour mon usage.
