Works fine every time
Now sits by the log fire, takes two minutes to light a fire It is best with some kindle at the bottom of the log, Direct the hot air nozzle at the kindle (as close as possible) press the button and hold (you need to keep it pressed) within in a minute or so a good fire starts, keep it on for a further minute until a roaring fire starts. And that is it. Haven't used a match since it came. It is bigger than it looks in the picture: 3 inch (8 cm) or so diameter and nearly 20 inches (50 cm) long. Need to change the plug to UK when it arrives (few minute job, worth the £ saving).

Having purchased this item with a 5yr warranty I carnt find web site to ask if anyone can replace the guard as it has burnt out at the bottom and starting to work up the shaft can I get this replaced under guarentee
