I'm on day 4 of taking these twice a day and i've had an uncomfortable belly feeling all this time. It may be my body adjusting to the supplements but I won't continue much longer if the feeling stays.The pills are incredibly pungent of garlic. Even with preloading my mouth with water, downing the pills quickly and flushing with water my mouth still stinks of garlic. I have to brush my teeth straight after and chew gum to try and take the taste away.
