I’d never tried pomegranate molasses before, but I knew I liked the sound of it. I was actually looking for something similar to balsamic glaze but without the vinegar; something sticky, sweet and tart so that it would work well drizzled over fish and veggies as well as open grilled sandwiches and hot and cold salads. This is great; runnier and not quite as sticky as hoped but a lovely sweet, tart flavour that seems to go with everything, sweet or savoury! Use it as a drizzle, make a salad dressing from it, use as a marinade or stir it through plain yogurt, lots of possibilities, I even like it in savoury veggie porridge.I like that it’s made from 100% pomegranate juice and there’s nothing else added in! Really great value for money considering its great taste, versatility and the size of the bottle. Long shelf life too (over 18 months on my bottle) No instructions on shelf life once opened, I’ve been keeping mine in a cool dark cupboard and it still tastes the same months later.

Perfect for overnight oats, granola, to make a drink out of, to add to smoothies, salads or desserts. It's versatile and good for you. Yum. Good price too 👍
