Fantastic product. Amazing value, and does what it says...... gradually,giving a natural look to combating greying hair. It's also a great hair conditioner and also smells great.

I bought this product after going through various reviews as I was looking for an alternative to Original Brylcreem which also shades out grey hair, it's not so greasy as the Brylcreem, I've been using this product for a month now and found it being a little hard work applying as you have to rub in to the hair and blend accordingly, once covered and styled leaves hair looking more youthful. Not sure whether this actually darkens the hair over time but hoping to see whether this happens. I am quite grey but applying this product has darken the grey and brought out my natural black hair. At the beginning felt slight itching but slowly have been fading, I wash my hair twice a week but if you wash every day I don't think this product will work just my opinion but you can experiment it in various ways again depending how grey you actually are the outcome will be different for individual. Comment on price okay and delivery was received within specified time, I am male.

The odour hasn't changed since the 1890s when the product was originally released. This is how your granddad and great-granddad used to smell. Otherwise, it's okay - darkens hair slightly. If you don't want to look too greasy this might be for you.

Esta pomada para oscurecer las canas es muy curiosa y funciona. Su formato vintage es ideal. Lo uso en la peluqueria y la gente esta encantada. Lo recomiendo a la gente que tenga cnas y quiera disimularlas un poco.

To be honest I didn't expect this would work. If it did, it would have 40,000 positive reviews, instead of 4. This product does not make grey hair darker. It however, makes other things dark, like light fabrics. For example if you sleep with your hair on a pillowcase that is white or some other light color, this product will leave behind brown stains. Not very nice, no. Although the pomade smells good and the jar has an old school aestethic, that doesn't help the fact that the product doesn't work as intended, so can't recommend this.
