Size: I usually wear medium, will I get medium or large?

I would get the large if you want the top loose like the photo. Also the tutu (skirt) is a one size fits all. It is stretchy elastic waisted but runs a bit smaller.

Is the skirt a one size or is that sized based on s,m,l, xl? Wasnt syre if the size option is just for the shirt or for skirt too
