To keep this simple, its a great product. The handles DONT come off as they have a screw system once attached that only a fool would miss so no idea why others are moaning about this. It squeaks like mad but can be cured by WD40 however too much may ruin the hydraulic system which looks to have happened with mine, the screws have also come loose and the computer is not working but in 4 months i have hammered it. I may have to buy a new one but it will still be cheaper than a months gym membership so i am still on top. I may be able to recover this one with maintenance and reconecting the computer cable which is why its not working but all the bad comments are generally fixable if you have sense. On a work out side iv loved what it has added to my health routeen and because of the low impact its all the good without putting yourself in hospital like running on concrete. I would recommend.

I purchased this around 18 months ago, since I work from home and was looking for a solution that would allow me to exercise indoors. Realising I can plonk this in front of the TV during exercise, while avoiding the rain made it an attractive option. I recall it was easy enough to set up and feels pretty sturdy. I wouldn't want anything larger though, because this one can fit in a corner of the lounge without taking up too much space. When I first started to use it I went at this too hard and developed some knee pain in my right leg after a month or so while walking up or down any stairs. This came through setting it to maximum difficulty and pushing as fast and hard as I could to build up a good sweat. I ended up having to take a break for a while and let my knee recover properly, however I should add that I am in my mid 50's now and tend to forget I am no longer in my 20's... It's not the first time I have overdone it, so I am not blaming the machine. I did try the included elastic ropes and they work, but I personally prefer to use some light free movement barbells or nothing at all. Returning to this after a month or so, my approach was more considered and I just pushed the pedals normally at a sensible to brisk pace without undue pressure. I now use it 3-4 days a week for 50 minutes each time and it's great. I build up a gentle sweat that is more than would happen on a normal walk and zero pain. It's well made and just slides back into the corner when finished. Perhaps the best part is that I noticed my lower back pain completely disappeared after a couple weeks like this and it acts as an effective countermeasure to many hours of daily work in front of the computer. If you spend a lot of time sitting at work this really helps to ensure you get enough exercise from home while also warding off occupational back pain, so I would highly recommend this, especially at such a low price.

Ordered this for lockdown exercise and paid £46 for it. You can get cheaper at Argos but mine from there broke a year in so this seemed a decent product from what the reviews said. I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised. It’s a LOT better than I was expecting from some of the negative reviews I had read. It is sturdy, easy enough to move about as it’s not too heavy. The added straps for the upper body exercises are brilliant and it comes with a booklet to tell you how to use them and which parts to exercises with them. It’s an up and down type of stepper but does slightly swing outwards which is absolutely brilliant for the booty and outer thigh. I tried the stepper on the first day for 10 mins to get a feel for it and my thighs and boots were like jelly the next day!!! I understand from the reviews some people have had faults but that does happen with all things sometimes but I am very happy with this product and definitely recommend!!! Fab purchase!!

I bought this as a replacement for a stepper I had a couple of years ago, that between myself any my family we broke. I'd gone a couple of years without one and tried other home fitness equipment, but found I really missed my stepper. I would use it while I was brushing my teeth and it was quite amazing how many steps I did both morning and evening. This stepper is quite a bit lighter than my other one but still provided the resistance cords and a counter, unfortunately I've not found the counter the easiest thing to understand. All I really wanted was a way of counting how many steps I had done but the instructions are very hard to follow and I have yet to find out how to set the electronic device so that I can get the information I want. That said I would recommend this as a basic piece of fitness equipent as is it compact and although not exactly light, it is a lot lighter than some of the other steppers around. As the counter is just as important to me as the stepper itself I have only given this a 3 star rating, if I can get that sorted I would up its rating to a 4.

Before buying this product I was reading reviews and got intimidated by the bad reviews, but it got a 5 star from me, because it is exactly what they say it is. A massive stepper, no need to set up, easy to use, I did get the manual in multiple languages, doesn't make any noise and all is well with it. I work from home, so it would be difficult to go out to the gym, and this stepper is just perfect for some cardio- excersises. Might feel easy for the first time, but if you do it at least 30 minutes, using the cords it makes you sweat, burn calories and makes your thights and arms ( if you use the cords) fit and strong. For this price the product is just perfect! Thank you!

Well happy with this swing stepper. The step resistance is easily adjustable and I find it gives me a good daily leg and cardio workout with the arm curl bands, all done in front of the t.v. after work for half an hour while tea's cooking. I'm 5'11" and just over 11st (72kg) with men's size 9 (UK) feet and this feels sturdy underneath me with plenty of room to spare on the footplates. It's well built enough for me not to foresee any breakages for a long time. It did start to squeak a little after a few weeks daily use, but nothing that a careful squirt of WD-40 didn't cure (it's got moving metallic parts in a warm dry room, so this was inevitable in my mind). I have already recommended it to friends and family and my Mum even had a quick go, amazing! 😊

I really, really like everything about this machine except the unbearably loud squeaking. I used the machine for about a month and went through an entire can of WD40 over the next few days until I decided to contact the manufacturers. I sent two e-mails over the course of a week, and they finally responded and were incredibly polite and helpful. They sent out a new one after asking for proof of date of purchase (logically), but they didn't dispatch the new one for a week, so between the e-mailing and delays, I was without it for nearly three weeks, which is a long time after I had just built up momentum from doing it every day for a month. I was really hopeful that this one would be ok, and the customer service rep did tell me it wouldn't be entirely silent, but I use it while I'm watching television, and I have to turn the tv up so loudly that the characters are screaming at each other. The screeching from the machine also gives me a terrible headache. I've had two machines, and they both work really well outside of the insane amount of noise they make. It's a good workout; the machine it sturdy; and the counter is great for keeping track of time, steps, and calories, but I cannot endure the torture of the noise.

Ok, well this is a tale of two halves. This is a great product, but it has its flaws. That said, guys it's £40, at least 2 maybe 3 margins are built into that cost, it's not going to be the quality of a prestige car. It goes up and down, it does I guess what it says it should do, but yes, it leaks grease, the pistons aren't the best quality, as they get hot through use, the grease softens and leaks from poor quality seals, stick it in an old towel it's fine, just deal with it or join David Lloyd. Occasionally the steel rope pulley jumps it's groove, it's a pain in the backside to put it back, but it does go. Just don't operate it with both pedals on same plane and it will be fine. As a plus point, and I'm not joking here, my girlfriend uses it daily, every day for at least 1 hour ! and has done for a year, we worked out its done around 4million steps, yep, that's correct, 4 million. It is what it is, but is it worth £40, absolutely, go for it, just don't be so hard in something that's not actually designed for what we've put it through. After 4 million steps, today it gave up the fight and she broke the pulley tensioner. It sheared clean off. Will I complain, nope, it's done more than it was designed for. Good product, don't be too hard on it for what it is :-)

C'est finalement le prix qui m'a décidée, par comparaison à des articles similaires. Pour une personne de plus de 70 ans, c'est l'équilibre qui peut poser problème au début, l'appareil est un peu dur, mais les exercices sont rapidement très efficaces, on sent bien que les cuisses, les fessiers, les mollets travaillent, ainsi que le cœur et le souffle. S'appliquer à serrer les fesses et rentrer le ventre en même temps. Je ne suis pas du tout un coach sportif, j'ai adapté selon mes capacités. Après 2 semaines de remise en forme, j'ai pu constater de bons progrès, à raison d'une 10zaine de minutes 2 fois par jour, pas plus, fenêtres grandes ouvertes, comme si j'étais dehors. Donc, c'est un bon appareil, qui me paraît solide de par sa conception, pour un investissement très raisonnable. Je recommande vivement, et toute la famille peut en profiter. Que du bonheur !

CPも良く、機能には満足しています。ただ、使い始めてしばらくすると足ふみに連動してギコギコと異音が出るようになりましたが、異音の発生部に油をさしたら、その後はずっと静かになりました。ということで結果的には十分に満足です。

Comprado en AMAZON SEGUNDA MANO. Es un stepper (o máquina de pasos) con bandas elásticas de la marca ULTRASPORT. Llegó en su caja original y con el manual, sí que se notaba que había sido abierto previamente, pero no se había usado. Es muy práctico para ejercitarse en espacios pequeños o si no quieres comprar una máquina que ocupe mucho. El movimiento es algo limitado pero suficiente para subir pulsaciones y trabajar las piernas. Si añades las bandas elásticas también puedes trabajar brazos y tronco. Es muy resistente y la parte para poner los pies es muy amplia. Hace algo de ruido cuando la usas del roce de los componentes, pero nada que no pueda suavizarse con un engrasante adecuado. Definitivamente la recomiendo si buscas una máquina para hacer cardio, fortalecer tus músculos, que ocupe poco y no te cueste un riñón.

Jag använde denna för att ståjobba inomhus. Kanske är denna bra för äldre personer med ledproblem, men det är egentligen ingen trappmaskin då man knappt lyfter knäna - jag kan gå hur många steg som helst, och det är ungefär som att gå på stället utan maskinen. Men den har faktiskt funkat lite som motivator - jag har den uppställd i hallen med ett par hantlar och kör lite när jag går förbi. Banden kan nog funka lite liknande om du inte har hantlar, men de är lite konstiga då de bara erbjuder motstånd i korta rörelser högt upp. Stabil och tyst, problemfri.
