I bought this box for my parents in memory of my grandparents, who are now in heaven. Inside the gift box I found it: a welcome letter, star details, a poster and other material concerning the history of the stars. Registration may take place by mail using the form that you find in the package or online, I chose the second form and the certificate is reached in less than twenty days. It's a nice gift, in the certificate I wrote this quote "If you look at the sky and fixed a star, if you feel the creeps under the skin, do not cover yourself, do not seek warmth, it is not cold but it's love." This is a Xmas present to remember a very much loved one

This item makes a perfect present for a special person or special celebration. I had one bought for me for Mothers Day, and I purchased one for my sons girlfriend, and my mother in laws 80th birthday. I imagine it would make a wonderful Christening present or Birth of a baby present. All the literature was contained in the tin, my only comment is that I found it very hard to find my star, after registering it. I sent off the co-ordinates as given but, still couldn't actually find which star was mine, it was as though in was within a cluster of stars and the co-ordinates just gave you an around type position, so in all not sure which part of the sky I should be looking at to find my star!! The gesture is wonderful, naming a star knowing its up there somewhere outhere.

Excellent item, some people may say this is a waste as technically you don't and can't ever own a star. But I bought this for my father in law as his mum, my husband's name had passed away. We were extremely close and my children struggled coming to terms with her death. I bought this as an additional Christmas present for him, writing in the tag it was in memory of her. He was over the moon, recorded all the details online and once the certificate and actual picture and detailing of the star arrived, he framed it. My boys also loved it, refering to the brightest star officially being their nan. So this really helped my children to "grieve" and also my father in law. It really did help and the information that you are sent is really detailed and interesting. Would definitely recommend one to anyone who has just lost a loved one.

The product is exactly what it says it is, is presented nicely and comes with some lovely posters, fact sheets and pictures. What made this a 5* purchase was my dealings with the seller. Something went wrong in the delivery and the item would not arrive in time for when it was needed. I contacted the seller, they responded quickly and were apologetic told me what they would do to resolve the issue (replacement item on next day tracked), sure enough the item arrived perfectly in time. Honestly, this is how companies should be towards their customers. Thank you so much for sorting this, I know it was not your fault but the way you handled it was a breath of fresh air.

I have bought a couple of these for people who have lost loved ones suddenly. They are a great idea when you dont know how or what to say to a person who is greiving. I know there are people out there who say its a scam and people are being ripped off. The whole concept of the name a star is going to be taken differently by each person. The first star i bought was given to a wife and children of a young man who died very very suddenly. I knew they would get lots of flowers at the funeral and they do not last long. (We have seen it on tv programs where a child has lost a parent and the child thinks they are now a star looking down on them). I have been told the star has been named after the lost daddy and it has brough some comfort.

i ordered this for the family of my dead nephew when it came it looked good but at closer look it wasnt as you order it when you fill in the form your asked what message would you like on it when you get it there is no message on it I would never use them again

Very satisfied with my purchase, the packaging was tip-top and the delivery arrived on time. One of the main reasons for selecting it was because it was available on Amazon Prime, a service that I find extremely useful, since I like to receive my orders within a course of a week (at least).

E' una stupenda idea regalo. L'ho regalato ad una ragazza che si è sciolta e l'ha subito appeso in camera. La scatola ti arriva in pochissimo tempo. La procedura per la richiesta della stella è facilissima (il sito è in inglese ma di grande facilità d'uso). L'attestato mi è arrivato in circa tre settimane in una busta rinforzata. Tutto veramente semplice ma di grandissimo effetto.

I purchased this as a gift for my “bonus”parents who love astrology. This was a really cool, unique and meaningful gift idea! I originally purchased a kit in person from a local shop, was about to wrap it when i realized the expiration date had expired MONTHS prior, the store refused to refund or exchange it until AFTER Christmas (very strange). Fortunately I found the kit here on Amazon and I recieved it within a week or so! Super happy with this :)

I was Christmas shopping for my stepmother when I ran across this. She is one of those people you absolutely hate to shop for. She is incredibly particular and has everything she could want/need. Other than vodka or scratch-off lottery tickets, it's always a chore to find something she might actually enjoy. Earlier in the spring, she had lost her twin brother. I knew it was a huge loss to her. I thought this would make a nice gift and give her a way to pay a tribute to her lost twin. She was so grateful. It was a perfect gift at a perfect time.

Bought this product on 25th November 2023 but when the product arrived the date to register was expired by april 2023. This was a present to someone. Very embarrassing.
