What size is a 38/40?

I take a 12/14 and this fits, would be no good any larger as really small sizing

When you say hat is included, does that mean the colourful hair wig in the picture as well? Or is it the hat on the hair?

I bought this in 2014 and it's just the hat on top of the hair. There is no wig included.

Is the horn included if not where do you get it?

No it wasn't included in my outfit. I'm not sure where you would get one as I didn't need one.
