Can't live without this!!!!!

This is a great tasting product that gives a good boost. I like to mix myine with coconut water for a lovely drink. The reason I only give it 4 starts is because it's not really a pre-workout. The caffeine isn't high enough and it's missing essential amino acids and ingredients I would expect to see in a pre-workout. That being said, if you are caffeine sensitive, just looking for something that tastes great and will keep you alert, or you do light to moderate workouts this would be a good choice. If you can tolerate higher doses of caffeine, lift heavy, or do intense workouts and need a supplement that feeds your muscles and keeps you going, this is not the product you're looking for.

After waking up in the morning, the first thing I do is drink some water. And then I shake up myself an Amino Energy drink, mixed with plain water, and 2 scoops, as per the product recommendation. It's better than any tea or coffee out there for waking you up instantly in my opinion, and definitely helps me feel instantly alive and ready for a run or a workout. It has a great amino profile, which acts as the perfect pre workout drink in my opinion (none of that jittery/digestive issues with this one). Haven't really tried it as a post-workout drink, but I'm sure it delivers when consumed after a workout as well. The Lemon Lime flavour is sublime, as is the Watermelon, and Blueberry. Highly recommended!

I reply, "So will bitterness, and that's all I have". I'm on 2 scoops 2-4 times a day, every day, because life is hard and this is as close to happiness as I get. I don't think it's powerful enough to use an actual pre-workout, even before my caffeine addiction degenerated/evolved to the point it's at today, but for the average user it will likely do the job. No beta-alanine itchiness, on the few occasions where I have taken it with me to the gym I've felt great and worked harder, right up until the point I'm violently sick, but that's more likely my already hard pace falling prey to those delicious caffeine fuelled lies Fruit fusion is pretty boring, I like the tang of Lemon & Lime, Pineapple makes a nice change, and Blueberry is probably my favourite. Strawberry & Lime I find a bit sickly sweet, and Orange I tried once, last year or the year before, and never bought again: though I can't remember why.

I think it's fair to say I'm actually addicted to this stuff in the Lemon & Lime flavour. I use 3 scoops pre workout for a 150g caffeine boost and as I do fasted cardio, I know that the BCAA's are protecting my muscle mass. I could easily drink this any time of the day... delicious blended up with crushed ice!

It does what it says, but I hated the taste so much that I had to order my favorite Watermelon flavor and give this one away.

Magníficos aminoácidos (y mas) con cafeína (de los pocos que hay así) que te permiten un aporte extra durante todo el dia. Se pueden utilizar a cualquier momento, en mi caso durante el entrenamiento y los días de descanso durante la mañana. Los sabores que he probado hasta la fecha se dejan tomar muy bien, están bastante logrados, recomiendo tomarlos con agua bien fría o hielo para un sabor perfecto. Un saludo.
