Do outputs stay stay stable when switching inputs, or do they all flash and reconnect?

Yes, the output of this hdmi matrix 8x8 will stay stable when switching inputs, pls don't worry. Any issue pls get support from us. Thanks!

Does this support hdcp 2.2?

Hello My friend, This hdmi matrix switch supports HDCP 1.4 .

Is the full matrix? and input to any output complete all channels? Please answer fast i need full control from front switches.

Hello, yes, this 8x8 hdmi matrix can do this mode. You can make input 1 to all, all 8 screens display the same video. You also can make input1 to output 1, input2 to output2..…..or input 1 to output 1-4. It’s very functional. Thank you.

When i turn it on, the lcd status screen only shows a row of rectangles. am i doing something wrong, or is there some way to reset it?

Hello my friend, please try to power off the matrix and unplug all cables of the input and output, then just power the matrix switch separately for test. If you want to reset, press MENU button, then you can see RESET. Any issues, pls feel free to send e mail to us: s u p p o r t @ m t - v i k i . c o m
