I used to buy this product from a local store, it was always in short supply, sold quickly when it was on the shelves and people in the know kept an eagle eye out for it and bought in bulk. You really did have to be quick.I was down to my last bar of this soap and desperately looking to buy some more. The local shops no longer had a space for it on the shelves so I contacted the manufacturers and asked why according to their website all the shops they said stocked the item didn't?The reply was chilling, they stated that they had discontinued the line and where no longer stocking the item and that they could not offer me any alternative product because it wasn't selling! Strange when in my consideration it was always in limited supply and sold out within days.A quick search on Amazon and there it was, I could still get hold of it.Postage is a bit on the high side but considering this is sent from the USA and if you buy in bulk it reduces the cost to almost what you paid on the local High Street it's not too bad at all on a per unit cost. I am also assuming that there is a plentiful supply of the product and that is has only been discontinued in the UK. I hope.In the US is is a best seller, for those of you who haven't heard it is face product of choice for Jennifer Aniston, when she announced that she only ever used this to clean her face it could not be bought for love or money.I have used it since my teens, it was great for acne and once past that stage in life I continued using it. It rinses without leaving a residue. Invented by a Belgian cosmetic chemist Dr. Edmond Fromont in 1954 it was a soap that returned the natural ph balance to your skin as quickly as if you had only washed your face with water. Only your face was cleaner.Sadly Johnson & Johnson now own the brand and are not farsighted enough to realise this is a very very good product. It might not suit everyone but I always say that the proof is in the pudding. I will be hitting the big '50' soon and it has done me no harm after 30 years of use. Withdrawing it from the UK market is a mistake, thank goodness for Amazon and the global market.

It's about forty years since I saw this advertised, tried it, and haven't stopped using it. It has never inflamed or irritated, and my skin is clear, fresh and healthy, and virtually unlined.It's had a loyal following in the UK for years, but this isn't enough for Johnson and Johnson. who have decided to stop sending it here, because - they say - sales are low. (Perhaps they make more profits from offering expensive hope to acne sufferers?) I've contacted Neutrogena and Johnson & Johnson to ask them to reconsider supplying their flagship product to us in the UK. What a waste of time that was. Neutrogena tell me to contact Johnson & Johnson, and Johnson & Johnson tell me to contact Neutrogena, and they give me US phone numbers, and links to websites I've already looked at, and they tell me that supplies have been discontinued and therefore cannot be restored. (Of course they can.)This is all the more galling as they're still pushing the product elsewhere. The Neutrogena facebook page has a bar of soap as its banner, and the Neutrogena Canada facebook page has a bar of soap as its avatar.Most of their other products are pretty run-of-the-mill, and easily replaced - and this is what I intend to do: to stop buying anything else from Neutrogena, and from Johnson & Johnson, until and unless they restore supplies to the UK. And until Neutrogena and Johnson & Johnson learn that loss-leaders are about more than money. They're also about goodwill.Meanwhile, I have a box of soap from OTCFORYOU, and am hugely grateful to them for the supply, and for their efficiency.

Ahhhh! The authentic Neutrogena soap aroma. So nice to be using it again. Product delivery time good. Bought a pack of 6 at an very economical price given that it is so expensive normally and hard to find. However, the price may have reflected the use-by date which was 2 months from purchase. That was a bit disappointing as hadn't intended to use all 6 bars in 2 months. Would order again but hope future orders will have a slightly longer use-by date.

I've used this soap for years and years. It is, thank goodness, quite unchanged. It is helpful for the environment to use bar soaps rather than plastic-bottled "hand wash", but that aside, this soap is wonderful at its simple tasks: it washes your hands and face with gentle effectiveness; not much is needed so the bar lasts me more than a month; its scent is not obtrusive or seemingly artificial but pleasant all through the bar; it dissolves from face and hands quickly and completely upon rinsing. You need a well-drained soap rest by your basin to let it dry quietly between uses. I cannot rate it highly enough.

I have used this soap for years it’s great for my skin, can’t buy it in shops any more so I stock up when I need it. One bar lasts for ages. I’m very pleased to be able to buy it online.

I have been looking for the Neutrogena soap for years now so I was so happy to find it on Amazon, This soap is the real deal leaves your skin smooth clean and clear. Ive already ordered another soap.

Great soap, I’ve been using this for many, many years and prefer this to any others. I have found it hard to get hold of recently so pleased to see on Amazon. It dissolves quick so keep it on a separate dish. It doesn’t dry the skin and well worth the price.

Best soap for the face but I only received 1 bar! The order was for 6 bars for £30.42. Returned for a refund and re-ordered.
