Regards JML **Q: can i use copperstone on an induction hob** A: I can advise these are suitable for induction cookers. **Q: How to fry an egg without oil, mine didn't cook the yolk** A: Hi I cook eggs without oil but I add a few drops of water and I mean only a few drops and then cover the pan with a glass lid to create a steam that makes the yolk cook. I have had several people saying they were impressed by my eggs and ask how I cooked my eggs as the yolk is like poached but clearly is fried without oil.
