Have only just received this item so this is an early review of the product. It looks well made and is worth £28.49, at the time of purchase. It has easy to operate buttons. We have tested this on the feet, back, and also tried it on achy hands and it felt good. The heating does get warm, but not hot. If it got too hot then it would probably be a safety issue. This type of massage technique might not be for everyone, but for those who like a slightly deeper massage then it is great. Obvliously, it can't replace a trained massage therapist, but it still works well. The extended 3 year warranty was really easy to do too, and it also came with a 3 pin UK adaptor for a UK resident.

I am delighted to leave my feedback about this useful product from Snailax. Historically, I was quite sceptical about quality of the foot massage by machines and this is second time Snailax surprised me (first time with massage mat when I was unable to sleep at nights due to agony back pain). My key problem is insufficient blood circulation in my feet that is caused by number of factors (IT job seating a lot, very high height, accumulating stress and consequences after back surgery impacting foot sensitivity). This typically led to cold feet and problems with foot muscles. I started using the foot shiatsu last few days and these are my observations: 1. Save time. Endless functions get your both feet warmed up, relaxed and pain free just in 15 minutes! 2. Get outcome. One of key signals for me when energy start flowing after massage. You feel light vibration from feet that spreads energy across body. Your foot becomes soft and slightly pink/red. Those who are into meditation will understand what I mean. 3. Target edge places on your feet. I used to roll golf ball under my feet but it always slipped and pixels of heel and edges of the foot are very difficult to cover but this machine does it incredibly well! Most importantly you can decide yourself how much pressure and what edges to cover. 4. Multiple body parts, not just foot. I went further by applying to calf, hamstrings and upper back. While it is possible to do, I found more benefit for hamstrings but it depends how you target your body and if you found the spasm then it will serve the purpose. Clearly not designed for non-foot places but it can be applied. 5. Use Case Coverage/Replacement. I live in a place where there are no foot massage services. I tend to go to sauna to warm foot but it is 30 min away and impractical to go every day and multiple times a day. As I work from home, I use heater under my desk to warm up my feet from 9 to 5 so I am hoping to replace it with this shiatsu as it is more effective. My lady asked for foot massage historically from my hands while I like it, I am hoping to handover 80% of job to machine )

Nice and lightweight to lift, the bubbles are quieter than other models. I deducted a star as I found extending the rubber base could be a bit tricky if you don’t have a lot of strength in your hands but otherwise a great product.

This absolutely fantastic and helping my foot after realignment surgery. It helps with the nerve damage and over foot. I woykd recommend this to anyone works well and robust material and bedt value for what you are getting. Comfortable. Absolute value gor money wish I got this in the first instance

A defective product and requested a refund. They promised to process it but it’s been over a month and I’ve yet to receive it. Furthermore, customer support has ceased communication. They falsely claimed a team member contacted me to resolve my refund. I thoroughly checked my inbox and junk folder but found nothing. Snailax, you shouldn’t have made this difficult. Simply process the refund as promised. I’m now considering disputing the purchase with my bank. You’ve lost both money and reputation. I bought this as a gift for my wife but it tripped the electricity on the first use and the power is no longer working.

I am suffering with constant ball of foot pain and have fallen arches. As I love walking this is really debilitating. I bought this Snailax massager after reading other reviews and am really amazed at how it alleviates the pain upon use. It's so easy to just plug in and use anywhere, the buttons can be pressed with your toes and it's quiet too. The duration of 15 minutes can be repeated as required. I find the higher heat setting is pleasant with socks on and the middle kneading intensity suits me perfectly. It's so relaxing and really gets into the pain and soothes it out. I like how the rotation and pattern changes and find myself sat with my feet on it regularly throughout the day. I thoroughly recommend this Snailax massager, after a few days I'm already feeling its benefit and look forward to another 15 minutes of bliss. I'm so glad I found this amazing product.

Very mediocre product barely heats 3 out of 5

I have neuropathy in my right foot from metatarsal bones dropping + type 2 Diabetes and have been suffering from severe foot/ calf muscle spasms that have woken me up every night for months. Used this machine before bed for 3 nights in a row and have had no muscle spasms and had great sleep. Easy to use controls with variable speeds. When initially switched on it feels slightly uncomfortable but in less than a minute it you get used to your feet being massaged Got this cheaper via Amazon’s “ open box” - that’s items other customers rejected but are in perfect working order, resold and repackaged. The machine comes with a cloth cover too that will prevent dust getting in.

Excellent Value for the money, would buy again.

Plus que satisfaite de cet appareil, en fin de soirée j'avais souvent les orteils crispés et très froid et douloureux. Depuis que je fais ces massages, une fois le matin et une fois le soir je n'ai plus de problèmes et cela a cessé très rapidement. Très facile à manipuler et les différents programmes adaptés à notre sensibilité. J'avais déjà des appareils massant pour le dos de cette marque dont je suis très satisfaite.
