Great product at a very good price The only negative was delivery was not to my door as instructed, but it was left in the entrance to the block of flats, leaving an elderly and ill man to carry it to the first floor

Genuine and good value if you are unable to get out and purchase direct from a supplier. Have ordered many times and despite being boxed and sent by reliable courier, some blocks do get broken - not a real problem as the broken bits can be balanced on top of each other in the softener. Good quality clean salt.

I've ordered these many times and as salt blocks go they seem to make my water soft! (I'm not sure what else there is to say about a salt block!). However, I can only give them only 3 stars because my last two orders have arrived damaged - with the each block broken into 2 or 3 pieces. This can only be lack of care somewhere in transit. They still work, but it's a bit of a jigsaw putting them together in the softener. Really not good enough.
