The labels on each cloth have cute litle elephant symbols but also seem to have a plastic element as they are quite tough even when wet so could be scatchy on tender areas or baby skin. There was card in the box which is meant to measure UV levels, but this is more plastic .. larger than a credit card. Though there are Union Jack symbols used, the item is only designed in UK but made in China.
