About 12 months ago I started getting symptoms of plantar fasciitis, I walk a lot at weekend out in the countryside which seems to have brought this on. About a year ago I went to an indoor inflatable park with my children and hat a bad pain in my heel. Initially I thought I'd landed heavy on it but over time (and trying lots of different things) I've figured out it was PF. I've tried rock tape, stretching, massages creams, night compression socks gel heel pads, memory foam trainers you name it. Whilst this did alleviate the problem a little it didn't take that electro shock feeling I got in my foot or painful heel with every step.I brought these after careful research and they've been a godsend since day 1. The issue appears to be in my arch causing my heel pain when my arch isn't properly supported. THIS supports that and has immediately fixed the problem. Now I have the right support I have a spring in my step and am looking forward to my hikes and a trip to Mt Snowdon later this year. You really take it for granted when you can't walk pain free. Not for me ! make sure you google the right size to cut them to shape and only wear for a few hours for the first couple of days. I'm so happy to be pain free. Thank you so much to the people who developed these. I'm going to order some for all my other pairs of shoes.

I run around on my feet all day and by the end of the day they get so sore. Doing a foot bath or massage is not an option as I am very time constrained. The only thing I could think of was better insoles.These are a game changer. It makes walking so much more comfortable. It's so spongy and at the end of the day I don't feel like my feet hurt like they used too.I will buy a couple more for my other shoes as I don't like taking them out of one pair to the next.

Arrived prompt, easy to cut to boot size. Day one, so far so good. Comfy enough and supportive, weird cos it feels like your sock has slipped down!! However in reality it's just a matter of getting used to. As I said day one , no complaints, supportive and my heel didn't ache, once I took my boots off I did however get a dull ache for a while but c'est la vie it's only day one

These insoles are great! I've been using them every day since they arrived and I can already feel a difference with my feet - they are super comfortable and supportive! They also fit well into my trainers and I'm likely going to buy several more pairs for my other shoes and even my slippers.I'm really pleased with this purchase and would recommend them to anyone!

I use three for flat feet and the description is the same as the ones I got from the NHS. However I got really sore knees and hips when wearing them which indicates they were not the same at all.

I have terrible trouble with a thing called Plantar Fasciitis underneath my left foot it was like getting an electric shock every time I put my foot down ,I had read the reviews on these insoles and they where so positive I felt like I had to put pen to paper on my thoughts basically they are working after only two days and I cant praise them enough my foot seems stronger and I am getting little pain , my next thing to do is to order more of these miracle workers.

I've had plantar for nearly 3 yeas and decided it was time to try some insoles for my work boots. After reading reviews and also these were half the price of some insoles decided to get some. I used my work boot insoles as a guide and cut round the new ones. Perfect fit! First week felt uncomfortable. Presume because my foot was being slowly repositioned. This is my second week and can honestly say these have really helped. No longer in pain. Would definitely recommend.

excellent product, I'm on my feet all day, the pic is my first four days steps report. Although my feet are tired they no longer ache. I will be buying again when necessary......One year on.... I will not be without these, I have ordered my third pair now, I'm still doing about 30,000 steps per day and my feet still are fine even though I'm 54. I have only replaced them as I'm not sure how long they should last not because I they are causing me problems..... fantastic product.Update ..... Third pair in 18 months, couldn't t do without these supports

Encantado con las plantillas, pensaba que no eran cómodas, pero me equivoqué, son muy cómodas,te quitan el dolor de gemelos, los pies descansan y se nota confort y bienestar. Tuve que cortar a la medida de mi número de pie (45), y ponerlas en las botas del trabajo. Me resultó curioso, que al cambiarme de zapato para salir a casa, noté el cambio que había tenido y los pies me pedían que pusiera otra en los otros zapatos. Muy recomendable y mi familia probará , porque son fantásticas.

I'm on my feet constantly as a nurse and my feet hurt when I go to bed and when I wake up. They absolutely ache. I've tried other insoles in the past, including those custom-fit ones at the store. I've been wearing these insoles for about a week now and my pain is definitely lessened. My feet are more comfortable during the day. I can be on my feet longer already, and I'm very happy with these insoles. They were a great purchase and I'm glad I took a chance on them. I got instructions on how to break them in and that's what I used and it worked out well.

Ando sin dolor desde las compré. Tengo fascitis plantar y ahora puedo dar paseos largos. Se adaptan muy bien a todo tipo de calzado.

These insoles are fantastic. I believe great thoughts have been put while designing this product. Initially when i saw these , I was a bit worried that it would not fit my shoes but I was proven wrong and worked just fine.

E' un prodotto utilissimo per chi coma me soffre di infiammazione del tendine di Achille.Non ne posso più fare a meno.Tagliate con parsimonia perchè rischiano di diventare corte con il tempo.
