Works well with the first use. Need to continue to use consistently to have the full effect. Can make skin dry around the face so ideally switch up with other shampoos or use moisturiser after as it could depend if the ingredients can be sensitive as it is for myself.

this is a great product for those with scalp problems such as psoriasis. not only is it good for the scalp, but is great for the hair also - my hair felt and looked better and the scalp was less scaly after only the first use and i continue to see improvements - no more hard crusts on my scalp. and it smells good too! the three bottle pack is a great value for money. fast delivery too, i shall certainly be reordering.

Like the way the shampoo easies the itchiness of the scalp.

This product contains coal tar extract. That's not something that's good for you but it's considered reasonable with the amounts in this product. Normally I'm very picky regarding this, but unfortunately this is the only thing I've found that works for my sometimes very itchy scalp. It works very well, smell a bit strange but my girlfriend likes it. I normally use it once a week and that's enough.

Since Polytar was withdrawn from sale I have had problems that are psoriasis related. All coal tar products are restricted in the EU. I finally found this original coal tar shampoo in America and one wash has changed my condition drastically. So, if you too have similar problems here is an original formula product. I shall keep buying this from now on.

A dermatologist recommended this, and I've been using it off and on for years ever since. The only thing that has changed is the fragrance - it is stronger than ever, but the tar is now somewhat masked by heavier fragrance. This is not a complaint, though. Just a fact worth noting; the fragrance definitely lingers long after my hair is dry. There are better scents out there, but T-Gel is so effective that it is forgivable. When the itching and flaking flare up I'll use this as my only shampoo for 2-3 weeks. I wash my hair about every other day, lest this stuff turn my hair to straw. It is very concentrated, so I use only a conservative amount (less than a silver dollar) and really work it into my scalp - think vigorous scrubbing with fingernails. Leave it on a few minutes, rinse, and then repeat once more. The relief and reduction in flakes and itching are immediate. Also, even though my scalp is on the oily side, I always use a very strong conditioner (I swear by L'Oréal's Nature's Therapy Mega Moisture) on the ends ONLY and leave it on for a good couple minutes before rinsing. With T/Gel shampoo, a conditioner is a must, especially for long hair. I've tried Head & Shoulders, Selsun Blue, Kerastase Dandruff, Paul Mitchell Tea Tree...you name it. They all smell lovely, but none of them come close in efficacy to T/Gel. Can't live without this.

From chronic to mild dandruff issues, it works on every type of scalp. It isn't as harsh or abrasive as other options available in this range of products and is suitable for most hair and scalp types. Helped me get rid of my dandruff in just 3 washes.

Excelente producto. Tenia buen precio pero se fue del mercado hace un tiempo y en otros sitios subió el precio, por lo demas todo bien.

اللي يعاني من القشرة والحكة انصحه بهذا الشامبو لانه يعالج الحكة والقشرة بشكل سريع. لازم تستخدمه 3 مرات بالاسبوع وبعد اسبوعين من الاستخدام اجعل استخدامك 2 بالاسبوع وبعد شهر استخدمه مره بالاسبوع يكفي وانصحك بعدم استخدام شامبو الشعر العادي ابدا لانه يعكس نتيجته
