Ant Stop! Bait Station Home Defence Ant Stopper - 4 Bait Stations

Around the beginning of April I begun to notice a few ants here or there in random places around my home. I am in a bungalow so finding a few in every room wasn't a huge surprise around this time of year for me. Usually once I put the ant powder outside that tends to work.....Not this year though! As the days went buy I was getting clusters of up to 50ish ants in the middle of my rooms, and over a 2 week period I was waking to hundreds and possibly thousands scattering about. The powder, bleach, vinegar etc was doing nothing this time. So on advice of my dear mum I purchased these traps, and to be honest I didnt expect much.....but WOW, in less the 24 hours zero ants anywhere. I used 4 traps. 1 in the corner of the living room where the 1st cluster of ants were at their highest, 1 outside the front door under a brick and the same at the back door in the garden and the 4th under the kitchen cupboards. I was getting the most in my bedroom where I don't usually get them, I was convinced the colony was under my carpet, no trap in there but again....nothing. haven't seen any outside or in....absolutely amazing! I highly recommend. Brilliant product. Will be sticking to these from now on.I had to use pliars though to break of the plastic tabs, I struggled to get them off by hand, they were really tough for me. Apart from that they are easy to use and easy to place. I was worried about my dogs and toddler at 1st, but when they arrived I realised the holes for the trap are so small, you couldn't stick fingers in there. I still made sure they are well hidden though. No one has noticed them. I'm really pleased with the result and will recommend to anyone who is having ant problems in future. Works well indoors and out.

Tried so many ant powders, sprays and even natural home made.Nothing worked and spent a lot of money.Found these and so glad I did. THEY WORK!!.Finally something that actually got rid of the ants. No more waking up to find my living room full of ant, then spending all day constantly hoovering and washing the floors.I will always purchase these now and highly recommend to anyone with stubborn ants!!..

Very good product ants definitely do not like it.

These are so easy to use, just open them and put them down where you see the ants. The only downside is the dead ants left all around it, that said about 2 days later all the ants are dead as some of the ants would have delivered food to the nest and hey presto you have no ants left in your house.We live in the middle of the countryside and have various ants nest all around in the garden, my husband and son love watching the battle that starts every year between the red and black/brown ants outside and that is where I like them outside.So the minute they start to come in to the house I put this down and they are gone, but the nests remain outside and live so I assume the ones in the house are a new colony trying to set up a home.All I can tell you is we have lived in this house for 14 years and every year we get an ant problem in the kitchen (yuck), I have tried ant powders and sprays, but they were useless compared to this product which does the trick without any effort whilst I am asleep even.Brilliant product, I have just bought a pack of 4 for this year, last year a pack of 2 worked wonders, but there was a better deal for 4 so I bought that, but I suspect 2 will do as it did last year.I wish I had tried it earlier.

There are many species of ant, maybe these traps won’t work for all – but for the species that invaded our conservatory – they are “ant-mageddon”!We had a relatively small infestation, (one or two didn’t bother me), that was gradually growing in size. We bought an ant-trap from a discount supermarket chain and it did nothing. So we turned to Amazon and bought this product.I put down a trap, close to where I believed the ants were coming in, (I was wrong as it turned out). The ants seemed indifferent to the new arrival, so I left it overnight.The next morning, I was shocked by what greeted me. Not a lot of dead ants – the exact opposite! There was a “river” of tiny ants, heading for - and crowding around - the trap. I was sorely tempted to break out the vacuum cleaner there and then but had read the instructions and reviews, so reluctantly let the ants get on with it.The next morning, the tile floor of the conservatory was littered with dead ants. I could not see a single survivor. It was truly eerie. I vacuumed up the dead ants but left the trap down for now. Mercilessly effective and enough to give Buddhists nightmares – thoroughly recommended.

The ants holes are too small and they don't go in.

I had a large, heavy metal plant pot which had become a home for a nest of incidious black ants. I would literally water the pot and the compost moved like something from a horror movie. I dug down less than an inch and it was a huge nest with large flying ants in the mix to add for more fun. I decided burning the plant seemed a tad excessive but was an option! Looking on Amazon I saw the bait stations and decided these wouldn't harm the plant as it's not powdered form. Following the instructions, it states I needed on bait Station near the nest and no other food sources. These ant had been munching on a moth that they'd managed to steal from a nearby spider nest so quickly flicked that away and placed one more than the required stations to ensure the little feckers died quickly and efficiently. I was not disappointed. 2-3 days is the packaging recommendation. Gone in just over a day. Great product although bought through a secondary seller and took almost a week to arrive, also a lot more expensive than my local hardware store but staying in due to covid isolation.
